Version 2 was a major release to cater for the new driving rules that came into force mid 2005 in Australia. These rules are principally the FEI rules that were effective at the beginning of 2005. The only notably difference to FEI is the team scoring. which still uses the previous version. The software and reports are installed in the directory c:\cdss\cdss2, and the executable is c:\cdss\cdss2\cdss2.exe This software has been successfully tested to run under XP, and limited testing on Vista shows no problems yet. |

| De-installing CDSS software? From v1.4, the installation is logged by Windows 95/98. If you wish to de-install CDSS, then do so from the 'Add/Remove programs' utility in 'Settings'. If you want to do a CDSS re-install because something has become unstable, make sure you save your database 'cde2.mdb' (cde.mdb for version 1.x), before de-installing, then re-installing. | ||
